The hotel is in a wonderful area of Sultanahmet, in a quiet cobble narrow street, perfect for tourists with all main spots nearby. The rooms are very small, lack wardrobe space, and have a cigarette smell. The staff, especially Ruhin, is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The dining experience offers a good selection with a view of the beautiful Bosphorus. The location is excellent, with a peaceful garden and being just a short walk from top attractions.

The room I booked directly through the hotel website was terrible - it was too small to even fit our trolleys, but surprisingly well-lit with a good view. The service was excellent, especially from the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect for exploring historical sites, near the Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, and Topkapi palace, but a bit noisy at night. The dining experience provided a terrific variety of selections for a Western 'Continental Breakfast'.
